Disney World has been a bucket list for me for as long as I can remember. I had heard the term, “Disney Adult”, but never considered it because I, like alot of people, thought it was weird. 🙂 I assumed I would go with grandkids someday.
We went with some friends a few years ago for my pal Krissy’s birthday. I felt like a kid walking into movie sets and worlds that I had always dreamed about. I loved the Star Wars area and Toy Story probably the best. Eating in Beauty and the Beast’s castle was so much fun. And seeing Mickey Mouse dancing in the parade was magical. I loved seeing characters walking around. My favorite that I got to see was Alice in Wonderland.
Every detail of the park is so very well done. I could have spent many more days there! We were there right before Thanksgiving, so it was a magical Christmas experience! Disney knows how to make money, and I just kept wanting to give them more 🙂 I didn’t take many pictures, but mostly just walked around in childlike wonder.
We wore Disney shirts each day. 🙂 We traded names for one day and bought shirts for each other. The three of us girls each made matching shirts for the 5 of us for the other 3 days. So so fun! And look how happy Joe was with the perfect shirt I found for him!
I can’t wait to go back! I will 100% go back with adult friends… and eventually take grandkids 🙂
